David Boxall

CEO/COO Greenovation Institute and LLC

David Boxall, formerly Wells Fargo Premier Asset Services Vendor and Marketing Director, has now moved into establishing a new enterprise focusing on changing the paradigm for foreclosed REO properties.

David is a recognized speaker for several Fortune 500 companies including Kodak, Lockheed, AGFA as well as targeted organizations such as the NRBA and REOMAC. David has also managed several large public companies in his home country, (UK) before making the move to live in the US some twenty-five years ago.

For the past five years David has driven several major marketing and sales programs focused on improving the communication, sales tools and training programs for agents, brokers, clients and vendors within the Wells Fargo family REO marketplace.

David’s business experience spans 30 years of senior management, as well as, running his own successful international consulting business.

David specializes in identifying leading edge technologies and predicting future market trends while adapting product strategies to take advantage of global opportunities. One of David’s most publicized achievements was the inception, launch and distribution of Calcomp/Lockheed’s “EcoGraphics System”, a revolutionary dry film imaging system. This was his first move towards developing and marketing products that were considered “Green”. This unique imaging solution was further enhanced and modified under David’s direction by OYO Instruments for the Screen Printing and Flexography markets. This system continues to be successfully deployed around the world today.

 

Ross Boxall

CFO Greenovation Institute and Greenovation LLC

Ross Boxall came from Wells Fargo Bank with years of decorated financial experience. He was top of his class in the Wells Fargo Banker Academy and quickly excelled through the financial system holding elevated management positions and high asset portfolios. Ross holds to title of CFO but has also co-authored the White Paper and contributed to the company operations with hopes of correcting the depressed economy, starting with the housing market.

Ross attended the University of Colorado for degrees in Business, Music Composition, and Japanese and currently resides in Boulder, Colorado and San Diego, California. He is pursuing a California Real Estate Officer’s License and is an active REO specialist with Orange Coast Realty and Investments.

 

Berry F. Laws III

Advisor

Berry F. Laws III is a 1980 graduate of the University of Wyoming Law School and is the managing shareholder in the firm of Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, P.C., established in 1989, with three locations in Missouri and Kansas. His principal areas of practice include commercial litigation, foreclosure, banking, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, real estate, probate, title insurance, personal injury, and general business and commercial law.

Mr. Laws has been designated as a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer” for 2006, 2007 and 2008 and was recognized by his colleagues as “Best of the Bar” for 2007 and 2008 in The Kansas City Business Journal.

In addition to his firm, Mr. Laws is a principal of a title company, MoKan Title Services, LLC, which was ranked No. 8 on Ingram magazine’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Kansas City for 2007. MoKan Title, LLC is also a finalist in Ingram’s “Best Places to Work” contest for 2009. He is also a principal in Rising Tide Auctions, a national real estate auction company, and a partner in Housing Wire, the leading source of financial news and insight for the mortgage banking industry. Mr. Laws is also a co-founding and co-managing member of the Default Attorney Group, a national group of creditor attorneys.

Mr. Laws is also a licensed real estate broker and is a principal in Midwest REO Solutions, an REO real estate brokerage serving the states of Kansas and Missouri, and Lone Star Foreclosure Asset Group, LLC, serving the Dallas, Texas area.

Mr. Laws is a frequent speaker and panelist at symposiums and conferences nationwide regarding issues facing the mortgage servicing industry. In addition, he formerly served on the Editorial Advisory Board for DS News, a magazine serving the default service industry, and is currently on the Advisory Board for Clarifire Knowledge Exchange Channel, a software program utilized by several national financial institutions.

Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC is a Martindale Hubbell preeminent A-V rated firm serving the states of Missouri and Kansas. Kim Master

Residential Course Director

Kim Master is an independent green building consultant and author. Kim has been researching and providing guidance on environmental and health issues to private and public organizations for over a decade, designing and implementing sustainable business initiatives for clients such as Alameda County (CA), The University of Colorado, Future500, Care2.com, and the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA). Kim led the “Sustainable Building Solutions” track for the Sustainable Resources 2004 Conference and Boulder County’s Green Building Conference in 2008 and 2009. She successfully helped initiate, organize, and direct the Boulder Green Building Guild, a nonprofit trade association working to make green building common practice. Most recently, Kim helped to write the city of Boulder’s Green Building and Green Point Program; a residential green building market transformation program.

Kim graduated from Stanford University where she secured a B.A. in Human Biology, an M.A. in Anthropology, and a minor in photography. She is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

She co-authored Green Remodeling: Changing the World One Room at a Time, a practical guide to new methods of sustainable design and building for homeowners and building professionals.

 

Scott Dimetrosky

Energy Advisor

Mr. Dimetrosky, Principal at The Cadmus Group, Inc., has led planning and evaluation studies for dozens of utility energy-efficiency, load management, and market transformation programs. His projects, spanning 17 years, have addressed all market sectors—large and small commercial, industrial, residential, and low income. Mr. Dimetrosky recently prepared the efficiency plans and provided regulatory support for five Colorado gas utilities and MidAmerican Energy. Mr. Dimetrosky is also currently leading the evaluation of the California Residential Retrofit Programs and CFL Market Effects Study, an $18 million effort to evaluate the largest combined energy efficiency programs in the country.

Before working at The Cadmus Group, Mr. Dimetrosky was an associate at Barakat & Chamberlin and an analyst with Response Analysis Corporation. There, he conducted extensive research on energy issues for the low-income population. He previously served as a research analyst for Nielsen Media Research and as a project director for ICR Survey Research, Inc.

Mr. Dimetrosky holds a B.A. in Sociology (cum laude) from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

 

Jennifer Grubbs

Writer & Copy Editor

Jenni Grubbs has more than 10 years of professional experience working at newspapers and magazines, both in print and online. She comes to Greenovation with a passion for words, punctuation, and clear meanings.

Jenni grew up in Northeast Colorado, earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science at Metropolitan State College of Denver, CO, then worked her way up at several weekly and daily community newspapers in Colorado. She became one paper’s editor-in-chief in 2008, right before the newspaper industry’s downturn. Jenni’s writing, editing, and design have received many awards in annual contests from the Colorado Press Association, and she also has lead many staff members under her to win and place in numerous writing, editing and design contest.

Greenovation is Jenni’s first foray into the world of real estate and foreclosures, as well as Green technology. With her background in news, she is very excited by the prospect of being on the forefront of a venture that could completely turn the dreadful news of the U.S. foreclosure crisis into tomorrow’s good news for the U.S and global economy.

She resides in Colorado, where she pursues her hobbies, which include making elaborate greeting cards and paper-craft art, listing to music, and closely following world and local news and events.
